Tele Sales Executive (Insurance)
Job Description:
Key Requirements:
- Complete Daily Dailer/talk time target - 3.50 Hrs
- Achieve Sales & Campaign target
- Working days & hours - 6 Days, 9 hrs working
- Weekly off/Leave – will be given on Roster Basis
- National Holiday, festival Holi & Diwali holiday working Leave
- 15 Days of training will be given based on which you are required to pass the certification test, you will get 3 attempts to pass the test.
- Interview process: Face-to-face Round of interview 2- HR & Business TL, same day selection.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of calls in a timely manner as per the given call/dailer target
- Follow communication “scripts” for handling health insurance sales, upsell, and cross-sell.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in the given CRM
- Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements and skills
- Previous experience in a customer support or tele sales role
- Track record of over-achieving the target
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
