Job Description:

The Dispatch Supervisor manages the daily work of the assigned dispatch to plan, execute, monitor and manage a component of assigned drivers/equipment and implement customer plans, routes, schedules, and to pick up or deliver freight

Responsibilities:

• The Dispatch Supervisor ensure the department maintains effective daily communication with drivers, to continually monitor service making proactive adjustments to maximize on time performance and productivity and demonstrate effective use of the dispatch routing software.
