Job Description:

Position:        Customer Service Specialist

Location:       Daman

Experience:    4- 6 Years

Industries:     FMCG

Responsibilities:

  • Manages within the scope of the company the sales process, follows the sales order implementation process, delivery documents, sales invoice, receivables, debit/credit notes through the Corporate ERP (SAP).
  • Agree with the Customers the delivery and production plans and clears up and "pushes" in case of problems. This activity must be done constantly and in accordance with timing agreed with Customers.
  • Communicates timely information to all stakeholders about forecast from customer or changes in forecast. Ensuring that no gap remains in transferring required information from customers to respective departments.
  • Ensures that all additional cost is aligned with customers / internal stake holders with complete clarity of liability. In case of agreement with customers, ensuing timely recovery of cost. Timely remnant management.
  • Collects information for the requirements plan and ensures the data received is complete; updates in SAP price list, fixed orders and rolling forecasts.
  • Ensures that all packaging changes to be implemented from customers are managed properly to avoid missing remnant charge backs to customers. Ensuring all changes (promo implementations, artwork changes)

  • Coordinates internally and with the client matters related to the creation and modification of bill of materials and changes of product spec (packaging, artworks,etc.
  • Constantly informs the Manager on any specific points or problems & circulating MIS on daily/weekly/monthly basis for management decision.
  • Organizes the logistics (transportation, tariff check, communication with customer, logistics, etc.); ensures the timely invoicing and transportation.
  • Prepares weekly reports on urgencies to be managed immediately and monthly analysis on stock level, obsolete materials, slow movements, etc.
  • Manages customer requests in term of providing delivery schedule and handles customer queries; respects confidentiality rules and ethics.
  • Customer orientation with attention to details, very good organizational skills
  • Ensures that the delivery and payments conditions are as agreed, monitors the collections of credits (Payment collection).
  • Support Business Development activities (Management awareness)
  • Data mining, Market Research, Email Marketing, Social reach out via LinkedIn. 
  • To follow up with prospective clients & arrange for business meetings.
  • Sending samples to customer, tracking and communicating to customer.
  • Help with all support activities for various events, conferences and exhibitions 

Required Skills:

  • (Technical/Product, Organisational and Interpersonal)
  • SAP
  • Excellent English language, capable to communicate with people of different countries
  • Very good computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Candidate must have experience from manufacturing background 

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 7.50 LPA
