Job Description:

Position:          Executive/Sr. Executive - QC

Location:         Vapi

Experience:     6 - 9 Years

Industries:      Pharma 

Responsibilities:

• To maintain system compliance with respect to Good Laboratory Practice, Good Manufacturing practices and Laboratory safety Guidelines in QC department.
• Responsible for planning for analysis of Finish product/Raw material/intermediates/in-process samples in absence of respective section head.
• Responsible for analysis of Particle size distribution on Malvern instrument in absence of respective analyst.
• Responsible for preparation and checking of SOP/Stability protocol/Specification/Method of analysis/hypothesis protocol and its report/Validation protocol and reports etc.
• To provide training to the QC personnel for their respective functions and as per training modules of QC.
• Management of training program as per training modules for QC department.
• Responsible for reporting and investigation of OOS/OOT/Incident/Deviation/OOC/Non conformities etc.
• Responsible for initiation of change control/CAPA/Risk assessment etc.
• Responsible for checking of stability schedule/stability summary/calibration schedule/Preventive maintenance schedule etc.
• Responsible for COA checking in absence of QC manager.
• Responsible for Approval of calibration of QC and Microbiology department instruments/Equipment’s.
• Responsible for co-ordination with external testing laboratories for testing of samples.
• Responsible for review of calibration by external agency.
• To ensure all laboratory activities are carried out in compliance with respective SOPs/Specifications.
• Any other work allocated by Quality control Head.

Required Skills:

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 8.00 LPA
