Position: Manager - Production/Operations

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Responsibilities:
- Production Oversight:
- Manages the entire production process from raw materials to finished goods.
- Ensures products are manufactured efficiently, on time, and within budget.
- Monitors equipment maintenance, worker safety, and quality control.
- Operations Management:
- Oversees logistics, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Manages the overall day-to-day operations of the plant or facility.
- Focuses on optimizing processes, resource allocation, and reducing operational costs.
- Strategic Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Coordinates between different departments, such as procurement, production, quality control, and sales.
- Ensures compliance with regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
