Job Title: Data Engineer

Job Description:
As a Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in our data engineering efforts. You will work on
our flagship product, which collects data from multiple media sources, ingests it into databases
using Kafka combined with Protobuf for serialization and deserialization, performs
computations, and displays results to end users
Key Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines
● Utilize Kafka for real-time data streaming and integration
● Implement Protobuf for efficient data serialization and deserialization
● Develop and maintain data processing workflows
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources
● Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reliability
Requirements:
● Proven experience in data engineering roles
● Expertise in data streaming, data processing, and distributed systems
● Strong proficiency in Kafka/ RabbitMQ/ PubSub
● Experience with Python is a must
● Ability to design and optimize complex data workflows
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
● Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Desired Skills:
● Familiarity with database systems and data warehousing solutions.
● Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
● Understanding of data security and privacy best practices.
