Job Description:

Role Overview: We are seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to manage partner-level commercials, handle day-to-day reconciliation, and oversee disbursement data. The ideal candidate will work closely with product and technology teams, develop partner-level P&L, and drive process efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand commercials and costs associated with end-to-end operations of each partnership.
  • Work on reconciliation and accounting requirements, and articulate these to the product and tech teams.
  • Develop and enhance partner-level P&L and suggest better processes for efficiency.
  • Resolve unreconciled transactions by connecting with respective teams.
  • Eliminate manual processes by collaborating with Product & Tech teams.
  • Track metrics such as projected vs. actual volumes, IRR, number of loans, portfolio classes, target segments, and consumer profiles.
  • Write and execute business requirement documents and test cases.
  • Integrate with banks, payment gateways, and other data sources for reconciliation.
  • Process disbursal requests, reconcile repayment data, ensure system updates, and manage NPA settlements.
  • Share data with the finance team to raise invoices based on commercial arrangements.
  • Handle daily reconciliation and disbursement data.
  • Update NACH Marking and Bounce charges daily.
  • Maintain and manage disbursement MIS records consistently.
  • Track partner performance and maintain the master tracker monthly.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • CA / BBA, MBA (Finance) / CFA; Graduate/ Post Graduate from top college / University
  • 2+ years of experience in Financial/NBFC/Banking or related industries, with a background in similar FinOps roles.

Skills & Knowhow:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • In-depth understanding of process documentation.
  • Experience in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with multitasking to drive operational efficiency.
