Learning and Development Manager
Job Description:
Training
● Conduct and evaluate training need identification by working closely with various leaders
across the organization and having a full understanding of their functionalities.
● Prepare and present on TNI requirement for Organization and Employee in consult
Manager HR. and propose training plans.
● Design, develop, deliver various training programme, e learning courses, workshop and
other trainings.
● Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing
● Identify opportunities to develop the business and design and deliver new courses in
response to market needs
● Evaluate training programmes conducted using various tools.
● Conduct training effectiveness among employees.
● Conduct performance improvement plans for those employees who are rated below.
● Conduct refreshment trainings.
● Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning
opportunities
● Support HR department in various functionalities.
● Other job responsibilities assigned by senior management.
