Position Title: Forging Shop Supervisor - Heating
Job Location- Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Salary Range: 4,500 - 6,000 SAR/Month.

Job Purpose

The Forging Shop Supervisor will plan and execute heating production operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and process improvement. This role is crucial in managing the receipt, heating, and delivery of materials (ingots) to the press while leading a team to meet production targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Material Management: Oversee the process of receiving, heating, and delivering ingots to the press, ensuring adherence to the heating production plan.
• Production Planning: Develop and implement material acquisition and heating operation plans in collaboration with engineering.
• Safety Management: Enforce strict safety protocols during heating processes to protect personnel and equipment.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and quality in heating operations.
• Team Leadership: Manage and supervise workers, providing guidance and performance oversight during operations.
• Work Monitoring: Conduct ongoing assessments of work processes to ensure compliance with safety and production standards.

Job Requirements

• Education: Professional training in gas engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in operating heating furnaces.
• Certifications: Relevant educational or experience certificates required.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of heating equipment, materials, and related processes.
• Risk Assessment Skills: Ability to evaluate and assess safety risks in heating processes and develop corresponding work plans.
• Communication and Leadership: At least 5 years in a supervisory or management role in material heating, demonstrating effective team leadership and communication skills.
