Responsibilities:        

• New Vendor Development: Identify and establish relationships with new vendors to enhance logistics capabilities.
• Logistics Management: Oversee the logistics management of the plant, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Dispatch Planning: Create and implement dispatch plans to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate with vendors to secure the best terms and prices for services.
• Communication: Coordinate and communicate dispatch plans with plants, sales, and other relevant departments.
• Cost Monitoring: Continuously monitor and control logistics costs to ensure cost- effectiveness.
• Payment Processing: Handle the processing of logistics payments efficiently.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze the nature of complaints and suggest measures for continuous improvement.
• Bill Verification: Verify and check logistics bills to ensure accuracy.
• Critical Dispatches: Ensure the faster delivery of critical dispatches as per requirements.
• Vehicle Arrangement: Follow up on vehicle arrangements to meet requirements.
• Process Improvement: Improve logistics processes and systems for better efficiency and performance.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Online Tools: Proficiency in using online tools for logistics management.
• Strong Personality: Possess a strong and aggressive personality to handle the dynamic nature of logistics.
• Process Improvement: Expertise in process improvement and quality management.
• End-to-End Vehicle Transportation: Extensive experience in handling end-to-end vehicle transportation.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation   

Salary:- Upto 4.20 LPA
