Manager - Production
Job Description:
- To get executed the process of batches (Solid & Liquid waste) strictly as per SOP.
- To ensure planning of receipt, dispatch, additives, empty drums, bagging, activity, storage of finished
- goods strictly as per the layout. Ensuring execution of daily plan in line with the recipes and job cards for ensuring quality of material produced.
- To consume any residue, build up as per time frame by taking a separate batch on alternate day in old pit.
- To check and verify all record and register in section. Get the shift report from shift in-charge on daily basis and submit production report on daily basis to plant head.
- Ensuring complete compliance of SOPs in Solid section.
- To review plant activities daily and submit daily report to Plant head on daily basis.
- To ensure good housekeeping is maintained in all production and storage areas
- To ensure adherence to all safety guidelines and carry out training of all operators/shift I/C and fabors
- deputed in the section
- To ensure "clean pathways" within the section.
- To monitor the quality of product prepared and dispatch.
