Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Metallurgy
Experience: min 2 to 4 yrs experience in quality inspection of sheet metal.

Job description:
Good knowledge about the properties of Cold Rolled steel (CR), Hot – rolled Steel (HR) & Galvanized steel (GP) including its surface finish, mechanical properties, and how these affect performances in various applications.
Quality Checks: Conducting thorough inspections for surface defects (dents, scratches, rust), dimensional accuracy, and adherence to specifications and tolerances.
Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for quality issues.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in sheet metal technology and quality control practices.
