We are hiring an Account Executive in Ahmedabad.

Skills: Tally ERP9 and QuickBooks
Job Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain all financial transactions using Tally ERP9 and QuickBooks software.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and daily financial operations.
- Reconcile bank statements, and ledgers, and resolve any discrepancies in financial reports.
- Prepare and maintain balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
- Handle GST, and TDS calculations, and ensure timely filing and statutory compliance.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial data.
- Monitor and update inventory records, ensuring smooth stock management.
- Generate detailed financial reports for management and provide insights for financial decision-making.
- Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, government regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits.
