Responsibilities:
- Sample collection and testing for every lot of production
- Monitoring work progress to ensure that deadlines are met and that quality standards are upheld
- Conducting regular audits of production lines to ensure compliance with company standards
- Reviewing employee and machinery performance to determine whether they are meeting standards and making any improvements required
- Providing guidance and support to employees in their work teams to ensure that they are performing their jobs effectively
- Monitoring and reporting on employee productivity to ensure that goals are being met
- Submit daily detailed reports
- Maintain accurate and detailed reports of sample testing and collection, along with plant evaluation in accordance with the company standards
- Inventory management: Receiving trims and accessories, and generating inventory statements
- Storage: Ensuring products are stored efficiently in the warehouse
- Coordination: Working with the production manager to issue trims and accessories on time
- Tracking: Following up on shipment materials
- Verification: Regularly verifying inventory
- Record keeping: Maintaining records of salvageable, unsalvageable, and other items
