We are looking for a competent and experienced Quality Manager to join our team.

In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the utmost in customer satisfaction.

The Quality Manager will also be responsible for ensuring continual quality improvement within the facility.

Experience in an engineering company - 12 to 15 years Qualification BE or B TECH (mechanical) Must have experience of lead auditor ..

Profile Focus will be on Plant Quality Control & Assurance.

supervising the production process to make sure that all products meet consistent standards.

Their duties include developing and implementing quality control tests, inspecting products at various stages and writing reports documenting production issues.

A quality manager's responsibilities include: 
 
 
    • Setting standards
      Create and establish quality standards, procedures, and specifications for the company. 
       
       
    • Ensuring compliance
      Make sure that the company's products and processes meet national, international, and safety standards. 
       
       
    • Monitoring quality
      Inspect and test products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards. 
       
       
  • Improving quality
    Identify areas of weakness, investigate quality issues, and propose solutions. 
     
     
  • Managing quality control
    Train and manage quality control technicians, and provide training and tools to others. 
     
     
  • Reporting
    Collect data and generate reports on quality, including performance reports for stakeholders. 
     
     
  • Collaborating
    Work with purchasing staff and external suppliers to ensure quality standards are met. 
     
     
  • Planning
    Create production plans for new products, and schedule project plans with the project team. 
     
     
  • Educating
    Continue education on new quality control techniques.
