Job Opening For The Post Of CNC Turret Punching Machine Designer and Programmer

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop programs for CNC turret punching machines to produce components as per specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to create accurate and efficient CNC programs.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC turret punching machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, and maintain product quality.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
• Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of CNC machines to ensure their proper functioning.
• Maintain detailed records of programs, machine settings, and production outputs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in CNC turret punching machine design and programming.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming languages.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in programming and operating Murata Machinery CNC turret punching machines will be a Plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with various types of metals and materials used in CNC machining.
• Additional certifications in CNC machining or related fields.
• Experience in the warehouse storage rack manufacturing industry will be Plus.
