Position:           Sr. Executive - Production(U4)

Responsibilities:

• Leading 40+ Strength teams including production supervisors, operators, and apprentices.
• Handling of Agrochemical continues process plant of chlorination controlling and Distillation managed through DCS And Also Pharmaceutical continues process plant of dehydration controlling managed through PLC.
• Monitoring the start-up and shutdown process, handling the plant during emergencies, detecting abnormalities, and inspecting and observing all the field parameters.
• Coordinating with cross-function teams,(Technology, Maintenance, and procurement) For required resources for plant maintenance and smooth operation of the unit.
• Responsible for round-the-clock operations of the plant, DCS operation, Permit-to-work system, field operation, process control, timely reportedly to abnormality to a higher authority, maintaining logbook, guiding and supervising field operations for safe operation, and maximizing productivity.
• Identifying areas of the plant for improvements concerning safety, productivity, and plant efficiency optimising the consumption of raw material and energy requirements, effective Contact with other departments, and RCA of each problem.
• Communicate learning from incidents and Root cause analyses to subordinates.(5Why)
• participating in improvement activities and providing input/feedback to the superiors for continuously improvement in the plant performance, safe operations, and ease of operation.
• Achieve production targets and operation efficiency based on planning schedule.
• Report preparation monitoring processflow,cycle time, workload levelling.
• Daily production planning and updating in excel and reporting to Production head.
• Reliable with SAP system(SAP operation).
• Production planning controlling and scheduling, and delivery as per market demand.
• Hazardous and non-hazardous Waste management, reduction plan, segregation and disposal, Process Improvement, cycle time reduction, Cost reduction initiatives, trouble shooting.
• Implementation of EHS system in plant as per guide lines and ensure Zero reportable accident. Statuary compliance, find out high risk activities and discuss with managers and Unit head for mitigation.
• Internal and external Audit, ISO and OSHAS compliance and closure within time limit.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Chemical

Salary:- Upto 8.00 LPA
