Job Title - Engineer/Executive
Function & Sub function - Maintenance (Service Sales)
Location - Hyderabad

Qualification - Engineering / Degree

Experience -  2 - 4 years

Shift - 9am - 6pm
Working Days - 5 days

Job Responsibilities

1. AMC Revenue recognition after sales.

2. To achieve /exceed service sales target (AMC / Repair / Modernization/ AR).

3. Improve /enhanced the customer relationship management (CRM) for repeated business.

AMC Revenue recognition for fiscal year target. Executing contracts with customer for FM to PM Conversion & PM to PM renewal.

Revenue Generation (additional). Responsible for achieving revenue generation via Modernization / Repair & replacement work.

Negotiation & Closure to achieve 1. AMC Order securing 2. Repair order securing 3. Modernization /enhancement order securing.

Account Receivable (AR) 1. Monthly Billing forecast (AMC/ Repair) to finance team. 2. Achieving collection as per target (Including AMC, Repair, modernization)
ERP Updating/Data management 1. Retrieving compliance documents for processing invoice. 2. Updation of conversion & renewal activities to enable Tax invoice generation. 3. Monthly / Weekly reports.

Cross functional collaboration Retrieving related documents from sales/ installation team before submitting proposal to customer. Accounts & Finance department Forecast vs Actual billing collection reports. Pending line items with customer. Interaction with HR & Compliance department. To process our tax invoice with customer for easy transaction. Interaction with TELC Team Retrieving materials shipment tracking to inform cutsomer.
