Job Description:
- Overall experience in field of civil & Mechanical, PEB (Pre-Engineering building)
- Fabrication work in MS and SS
- Silo, hopper, bunker tanks fabrication.
- BOQ preparation and cutting plan
- Equipment and Piping Layout
- Piping and pipe rack fabrication
- Welding inspection and defect rectification work
- Hot air duct fabrication, Insulation and expansion Joints
- Acid proof brick lining and acid tiling work
- Refractory and fire brick lining work
- Knowledge of AutoCAD. (2d & 3d)
- Preparation of measurement sheet for work
- Billing and accounting
- Heat Exchanger.
- Equipment erection at height
- Job allocation to fabrication agencies
- Close Monitoring of project to complete it in stipulated time
- Coordination with different agencies
