We are looking for a GST and Taxation Executive with practical experience in GST return filing, GST reconciliation, and other related GST provisions. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of balance sheet preparation and will be familiar with taxation rules such as GST, TDS, return due dates, E-way bills, and E-invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• GST Return Filing: Prepare and file regular GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) on time.
• GST Reconciliation: Perform monthly GST reconciliation to ensure accuracy between GST returns and books of accounts.
• Taxation Compliance: Stay updated with the latest GST provisions, TDS regulations, and tax compliance deadlines.
• E-Way Bills & E-Invoicing: Manage and generate E-Way bills and E-invoices as required for various transactions.
• Balance Sheet Preparation: Assist in the preparation and finalization of the balance sheet and other financial statements.
• Coordination with Tax Authorities: Handle tax notices and coordinate with tax consultants for resolving issues.
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits related to GST, taxation, and financial statements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduate/Post-graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in GST return filing, reconciliation, and taxation. Prior experience in a CA firm is an added advantage.
• Knowledge:
  • Strong knowledge of GST regulations, TDS provisions, E-way bill, and E-invoicing.
  • Familiar with return due dates and compliance procedures.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting software.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with various stakeholders.
