Job Description:

Hiring for QMS / MR/ TPM Manager

Experience: Min 5 Years in Experience in operating the quality management system & Integrated Management System (EMS & OHSAS), TPM, Kaizen, Writing procedures and processes to support the QMS development, internal auditing, and QMS documentation.

Salary budget: up to 5.50 LPA

Key Responsibilities :

Preparation and maintenance of the company for IMS (ISO 9001:2015 OHSAS 18001:2007, & ISO 4001:2015 new version of ISO4500:2017) Certification.

Check the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and the implementation of the policies and procedures in the IMS to attain company objectives.

Check the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and the implementation of existing policies and procedures necessary for the attainment of company objectives.

To increase awareness about TPM throughout the organization.

Plan and execute TPM training programmes.

To organize the Best kaizen & suggestion Award on a monthly basis

To conduct Technical center training

To coordinate internal & external kaizen competitions

To Sustain TPM culture through systematic employee involvement

To implement the suggestion, kaizen policy effectively & keep a record of a number of kaizens/employee/Month.

To facilitate the formation of small SGIA in consultation with the department head.

To organize SGIA presentations.

To keep updated TPM Gallery & Kaizen gallery on monthly basis.

To promote and sustain 1S, 2S & TPM circles throughout the organization.

To carry out QM pillar activities to eliminate defects.
