Role/ Job Title: Product Sales Manager - Government Banking
Business: Government Business
Function/ Department: Retail Liabilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
'1. Attend meetings with GBG RMs                                                                                                
2. BRD initiation after going through the  design / integration  documents of Government projects  like PFMS, SNA, CBDT, CBIC, PPF, eNAM, GeM etc.                 
3.Act as the Product and IT SPOC for Technical Integration required for Government projects                                                                                                                       
4.Preparation of customized technical business proposal                                                    
5. Act as an one -point contact for providing all internal and external solutions available for the client                                                                                                                       
6. Engage with the client ( and their IT Team) to ensure end-to-end implementation           
7. Examine all GB RFPs / Bids and prepare bids with all required documents and technical information                                                                                                                                    
8. Vendor related - Shortlisting and discussion / documentation & negotiation / ISG review / onboarding / relationship management / bill payments and invoice management / manage vendor arrangements                                                                                
9. Provide inputs to Finance Team for Cost Budgeting on Product and Solutions                          
10. Mobilizing support from cross verticals 
Secondary Responsibilities :
'1. 'Relationship Management with Government clients                                                               
2. Market intelligence about evolving products in the Government domain
Key Success Metrics:
'1. Support rendered in conversion of new clients by selling customized solutions       
 2. Ringfence existing clients by adding more products
