Job Description:
Position: Sr. Executive - Production
Location: Daman
Experience: 5 - 10 Years
Industries: Engineering
Responsibilities:
Productivity in Machine shop:
- Daily Planning of Machine shop work to optimize resource utilization with planning
- Responsible for OEE and Rejection of Machine shop
- Hourly, Daily, Weekly and Monthly Tracking of Machine shop Production
- Oversee Production process of Machine shop to ensure efficient utilization of resources and timely delivery of products in next process
- Development of Standard Template files for Cutting operation of different Profile cutting in Laser cutting and Turret Punching Process
- Preparation of SOP , WI & OPL for Machine shop Production (for Laser cutting, Turret Punching and Bending Operations )
- Responsible for Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance of Machine shop Machines
- Jigs and Fixture development for effective Machining of Elevator and Car Parking components
Quality Assurance and Control:
- Quality assurance through Quality system implementation using Poka-Yokes and Product Quality Check sheets (PQCS) filling by operators
- Zero Customer complaints (FTR) related to Machine Shop
- Zero Internal Non- Conformity (quality observation) related to any of the 4M’s.
- Continuous strive through Process quality improvement by interaction and involvement with counterpart in quality department
- To perform Weekly Quality Self Audit of Process (Layered Process Audit) in Machineshop and closure of Observations
5S & Safety:
- Ensure safe working conditions for operators as well as machines
- Investigate and address safety incidents or near misses to prevent recurrence and promote a culture of safety awareness.
- Maintain 5S in the Machine shop by implementing 5S methodology
- Abnormalities detection closure for 5S improvement and Safety enhancement
- Implementation of Owner concept and engage down the line team in 5S drive
Required Skills
- To Lead and motivate team.
- To provide knowledge of Elevator components to team members.
- Skill Mapping of Operators and helpers in categories.
- Conduct Trainings and Process awareness for skill enhancement
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning within the shop
- Train the team of Supervisors for day to day Machine shop activities
- Knowledge of Drawings and AutoCAD is Must, Able to do Nesting in Laser Machine and Development of 2D drawings for Bending
Required Qualification: - B.E/ B.Tech - Any Engineering
Salary :- Upto 6.50 LPA
