Senior Manager / Assist. General Manager Legal Noida and Hyderabad
Job Description:
• Manage litigation, arbitration and MSME matters including briefing external counsels.
• Attend hearings before High Court, district Court, MSME Council, Arbitration Tribunal and monitoring progress
of the cases.
• Handle Legal Notices/ notices from various stake holders, Vendor claims to protect the organization's interests
and mitigate risks.
• Draft, review Statement of Claim, Reply, Rejoinders and various pleadings.
• Draft and review various agreements, Bank Guarantees, legal documentation required for various projects, Sub-
Contractor/ Vendor contracts and commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with user departments, gathering inputs and ensuring comprehensive legal coverage in projects and
transactions.
• Ensure digitization of legal data, cases progress, claim details in digital tools and MIS Reporting.
• Other general legal function includes Legal research in online tools on various issues to support the claims of
the company
