Job Description :
- Baking: Preparing and baking a variety of baked goods, such as breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Ingredient preparation: Measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes, and preparing dough or batter
- Equipment operation: Operating baking equipment and machinery, such as mixers, blenders, and dough sheeters
- Quality assurance: Ensuring that all baked goods meet customer expectations and are of high quality
- Organization: Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bakery and work area
