Job Description:
Position: Production Officer
Location: Sarigam
Experience: 1 - 2 Years

Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of the production, coordinating the line team in operational activities and ensuring the presence of production factors on the shift.
- Ensures the optimization of the production factors (material, method, labour force and machineries) providing all necessary information to the Manager regarding the utilization and management during the shifts.
- Ensure plant performance parameters as power consumption, yield are maintained as per set standard, make record of plant performance on day to day basis.
- To make monthly production and plant performance report and submit to Plant Manager.
- Ensure skill development of departmental employees in consultation with departmental manager.
- Collaborates with the Maintenance in the case of breakdown and repair service; in the cases of urgency he requests the intervention of the Facilities & Utilities Maintenance.
- Co-ordinate in the developmental initiatives, Identifies and propose areas of improvement for the activities falling within his competence.
- Ensure FG & RM accounting as per SOP’s.
- Maintain all plant related ISO documents.
- Help Plant Manager in resolving customer complaints.
- Ensure usage of all safety measures and good housekeeping.
Required Skills:
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill.
- Ensure distribution of manpower as per schedule.
- Adherence to safety policies and proper use of PPEs during production activities.
- Regulatory compliances for EHS and factory act, Labour acts.
- Understand the product requirement, plan and schedule and execute production process.
Required Qualification: - M.Sc - Chemistry
Salary :- Upto 4.00 LPA
