Functional

What is responsible for / what provides / goals / results of work:

Execute a sales plan, including personally participating in sales and meetings with the client. Consistently increase sales of the sales department

What functions does EMPLOY perform / what actions does EMPLOY perform

Main tasks and functions:

1. Provides:

* Implementation of the sale plan.

* Control of the work of the entrusted personnel.

* Reducing the turnover of the department, increasing the duration of the manager's work cycle

* Increased sales

2. Performs the following functions:

* Research of the target audience of the market, search for new customers, monitoring of competitors.

* Development of a strategy for the sale of the company's services.

* Formation of budgets and growth plans.

* Listening to managers' calls, recommendations for improving their quality, control of execution.

* Development of a financial motivation system for managers.

* Adaptation, training, motivation of the team.

* Development and improvement of the methodological base of the department (scripts, regulations, training materials, etc.)

* Interaction with the marketing department, IT department and other back office departments.

* Regular reporting.

* Performing other related tasks.

What will be an indicator of good performance

Achieving sales goals (design and manufacture of special technological equipment, electronics development). Over-fulfillment of sales plans. Performing your own KPIs.

Higher education in economics or sales management

Knowledge and experience in the field of mechanical engineering and electronics will be a significant plus

work experience

Knowledge and skills

Knowledge and ability to build sales methodologies, hard and soft skills in sales, the ability to negotiate with the client.  Sales experience and the opportunity to demonstrate success in independent sales to subordinates. Knowledge of the technology of manufacturing special technological equipment

Experience in the field of mechanical engineering and electronics will be a significant plus
