Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist in the processing of insurance for the motors and health department . The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an insurance back office role and possess strong document management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing insurance applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Support the team with policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, ensuring timely processing.
- Provide administrative support, including document management and data entry.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Utilize insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) effectively.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an insurance back office role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
