The position of Business Development and Sales Executive - Inside Sales, Ahmedabad is a full-time, on-site role. The responsibilities include lead generation, effective client communication, delivering
exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth for the company.
The primary role and responsibilities include the following:
Lead Generation:
* Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
* Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Client Communication:
* Maintain effective and professional communication with clients.
* Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Customer Service:
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
* Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Sales Growth:
* Drive sales initiatives to achieve company targets.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base.
Team Collaboration:
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
* Provide support and guidance to junior sales team members.
Reporting and Analysis:
* Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports.
* Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Continuous Improvement:
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
* Seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.
* Preparation of the product literature for company brand building.
Product Demonstration:
* Demonstration of the software products to Customers and Prospects
Experience: The candidate must have experience marketing Software as a Service product to market outside India effectively.
Preference: Schooling in English Medium with excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written) and Basic Computer skills are compulsory
