Job Description:

The Hubspot Development Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Business Development team through the
management of Hubspot CRM, data migration projects between Salesforce & Hubspot, lead generation, contact data
validation and other assigned tasks.

 

Core responsibilities:


 Act as a principal owner of Hubspot CRM by managing day-to-day administration tasks, ad hoc requests for
tool optimization/automation.
 Support integration of Sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms.
 Execute system configurations to align with evolving business needs.
 Consistently review existing contact lists at the organizational and individual level to ensure data
completeness and integrity.
 Assist with lead generation activities.
 Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design reports to align to key performance metrics.
 Track and report on lead generation and pipeline metrics, providing insights for continuous
improvement/transparency.
 Perform additional duties as required leadership.

 

Requirements:


General Requirements:
 Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Required)
 3-5 years of experience with Hubspot CRM. (Required)
 Hubspot Administrator Certification. (Required)
 Intermediate understanding of Salesforce CRM. (Preferred)
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. (Required)
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. (Required)
 Meticulous attention to detail with a deep understanding of sales cycles. (Required)
 Ability to work either day or night shift in office. (Required)
 Enjoys collaborating and working in a team based environment. (Required)
 Familiarity with Tableau (or similar analytics/reporting platforms). (Preferred)
Education:
 Minimum Requirement: Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or any related field.
 Preferred: Masters Degree or MBA
