Job Description:

The Sales Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Business Development team through the data
management, producing reporting packs relevant to individual sales team’s needs and upkeep of all data specific to
prospects and existing clients.
Core responsibilities:
 Act as the primary data owner for prospect and client information, ensuring it is kept up to date as required by
the sales team.
 Maintain and produce ad hoc or regular reports for all prospect & client engagement.
 Consistently review existing contact lists at the organizational and individual level to ensure data
completeness and integrity.
 Assist with lead generation activities.
 Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design reports to align to key performance metrics.
 Track and report on lead generation and pipeline metrics, providing insights for continuous
improvement/transparency.
 Perform additional duties as required leadership.

Requirements:
General Requirements:
 Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Required)
 3-5 years of experience sales support.
 Intermediate understanding of Salesforce Hubspot. (Preferred)
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. (Required)
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. (Required)
 Meticulous attention to detail with a deep understanding of sales cycles. (Required)
 Ability to work either day or night shift in office. (Required)
 Enjoys collaborating and working in a team based environment. (Required)
 Familiarity with Tableau (or similar analytics/reporting platforms). (Preferred)
Education:
 Minimum Requirement: Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or any related field.
 Preferred: Masters Degree or MBA

Our Client has an exciting new program that delivers 48-hour appraisals. We aim to cut turn times for 70% to 80% of purchase loans to help loan originators win in a competitive market. To accomplish this, we require orders to be submitted as 1004/70 Desktop appraisals instead of traditional appraisals.
