Responsibilities:

• Operations Leadership: Oversee and manage all aspects of product manufacturing, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production timelines.
• Strategic Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement strategies to address supply chain challenges, optimizing supplier relationships to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Logistics Management: Direct logistics operations for timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers, including coordination with third-party logistics providers.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between the Sales, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across functions.
• Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance and optimize existing operational processes, implementing best practices to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
• Data Analytics and Reporting: Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights to improve performance metrics, support field staff targets, and drive sales strategies.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the operations budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Project Management: Lead special projects aimed at operational improvement, including new product launches and process automation initiatives. 

Required Skills:

• Proven track record in managing supply chain logistics and product delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point; experience with project management tools and ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

Required Qualification: - BBA/MBA
