Supervise and mentor senior managers and team members.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.

Implement and monitor compliance systems.

Financial Management:

Manage branch budgets, forecasts, and cost control.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field.

10+ years of experience in mining operations, with 5+ years in senior management.

Proven track record in improving safety, productivity, and efficiency.
