Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the technical sales function with a strong focus on retail, trade, and channel sales.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and market share in the building materials sector.
  3. Manage and expand relationships with distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
  4. Provide technical support and product knowledge to sales teams and clients to ensure effective sales processes.
  5. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product innovation and customer solutions.
  7. Ensure achievement of sales targets, profitability, and overall business objectives.
  8. Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team.
  9. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  10. Travel extensively to meet clients, distributors, and stakeholders.

Preferred: Strong background in the cement industry.
