Job Description:
Position: Dy. Manager/Manager - QA/QC
Location: Gandhidham
Experience: 8 - 10 Years
Industries: Packaging
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the QA/QC team, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance quality performance.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of quality processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness and adherence.
- Implement and manage quality control processes throughout the production lifecycle, from raw materials to finished products.
- Monitor and analyze product quality data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality-related issues.
