Job Description:
Position: Assistant Manager – Instrumentation
Experience: 5-7 years
Qualification: BE/ B. Tech (Instrumentation)
Salary Range: Best in Industry
Industry: Chemical, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and budget preparation for instrumentation projects and modifications.
- Manage and execute instrumentation/automation requirements for new and modified projects.
- Basic and detailed engineering for Greenfield & Brownfield projects.
- Prepare BOQs for instruments, cable trays, and related equipment.
- Coordinate project scheduling, monitoring, and vendor management for instrumentation.
- Prepare technical specifications and conduct evaluations for procurement.
- Communicate with vendors on technical queries and approve related drawings.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of panel and field instrumentation.
- Familiarity with engineering standards, practices, and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS-Project).
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
Personal Attributes:
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting.
- Adaptability to work in varied project conditions.
