HR Manager

Job Description:

• Develop and implement inclusive recruitment strategies for both fresh graduates and experienced hires
• Facilitate a welcoming and comprehensive onboarding experience for new hires, aligning with HR standard operating procedures
• Identify training needs, lead and monitor training plan through collaboration with managers and employees
• Establish fair and transparent appraisal systems, assisting managers in providing constructive feedback
• Promote open communication to address employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively
• Foster a healthy and happy work culture inside the organization
• Manage compensation structures and conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness
• Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
• Work closely with leadership to align HR policies and strategies with overall business objectives
• Communicate new and updated HR policies and procedures clearly to all employees
• Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR metrics reports to track performance and trends
• Create a strong 'Employer Brand' for the company

Skill Requirement

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Time management, prompt decision making, efficiency to handle multiple tasks
• Critical thinking and excellent problem solving skills
• Attention to details while keeping the high level overview
• Strong working knowledge of HRMS Tools, Microsoft office / Google Sheets
• Excellent knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
• Knowledge about ISO 27001 and ISO 13485 environment would be an added advantage

*Working Hours/ Office Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM (Monday to Friday)
