Manager Export Commercials based at Delhi

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manager to support our Export Commercial team. This individual contributor role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate, timely financial processes, audits, and statutory compliance while maintaining high corporate governance standards with experience in managing exports transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Corporate Support:
• Assist in achieving corporate targets and goals related export business sales, profitability, cash flow, working capital and compliance targets.
• Support export strategies, pricing models, and market expansion plans.
• Facilitate collaboration between finance, operations, logistics, and plant teams to ensure smooth financial processes and resolve issues.
• Audit Coordination:
• Support internal and statutory audits, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with SOPs and audit requirements.
• Monthly MIS & Reporting:
• Analyze financial data for actionable insights, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. Provide variance analysis against budgets.
• Group Financials & Ledger Management:
• Consolidate overseas subsidiaries / Branches financial statements, support statutory audits, and manage ledger reconciliations.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Qualifications & Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4+ years of experience, ideally in manufacturing and export sectors.
• Proficiency in SAP and financial consolidation.
• Knowledge of export documentation including duty draw back license LC negotiation, Ind AS, and IFC etc.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
