HR & Admin Assistant
Job Description:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
Assist with on boarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting introductory sessions.
Support the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and leave management.
Help in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Assist in maintaining HR databases and generating reports as needed.
Assist in the organization of company meetings and events, including arranging venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Maintain a clean and orderly office environment.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Salary: 25k To 30k per month
Location: Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad
