Job Description:

Designation : Associate – SFA Ops and Admin

Location - BKC

Experience: 1.0 Year(s) To 3.0 Year(s)

Work Time -  9 AM to 5 PM

Work Days - Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

Salary – Best in Industry, Other benefits- PF, Mediclaim, bonus,24 days paid leaves and Bus Facility.

It will be on role of Talisman HR Solutions Pvt Ltd payroll and auto renewable contract 

Key job responsibilities:

    • Customer facing experience in industry,
    • Dashboard creation for Field efforts KPIs and preparing insights for business review.
    • Extraction of reports and SFA MIS requirements for internal customers
    • Ensuring MIS / SOP all major reports and mailers are completed and shared on time to respective management and stakeholders.
    • Ability to confront and resolve issues.
    • Responsible for the admin and backend maintenance activities and setups for SFA systems.
    • Works with direct managers to support decision-making and general projects.
    • Provide analysis or reporting with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of data provided. Ensure ongoing business performance is appropriately monitored and measured and drive early warning for re-direction of resources with Business Partners. Ensure integrity of data provided by commercial teams and provide value-added; provide recommendations on forecast accuracy improvement.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Graduation in any stream

    Skills required:

    • Excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel Skills. Preferred knowledge of Macro and PowerPoint presentation.
    • Good communication skills & Stakeholder management.
    • Demonstrates excellent ability to develop both tactical and strategic solutions to issues.

    Experience –

    1-3 years’ experience in Customer Connect, MIS and Stakeholder management
