Designation : Associate – CRM and Client management
Location - BKC
Experience: 3.0 Year(s) To 5.0 Year(s)
Work Time - 9 AM to 5 PM
Work Days - Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

Key job responsibilities:

- Customer facing experience in pharma industry,
- Providing analytical support to Businesses by developing dashboards and automating reports.
- Dashboard creation for Field efforts KPIs and preparing insights for business review.
- Extraction of reports and SFA MIS requirements for internal customers
- Ensuring MIS / SOP all major reports and mailers are completed and shared on time to respective management and stakeholders.
- Ability to confront and resolve issues.
- Responsible for the admin and backend maintenance activities and setups for SFA systems.
- Support direct manager with the operational conversion of the BPA strategic goals within a dedicated area of the business Works with direct managers to support decision-making and general projects.
- Provide analysis or reporting with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of data provided. Ensure ongoing business performance is appropriately monitored and measured and drive early warning for re-direction of resources with Business Partners. Ensure integrity of data provided by commercial teams and provide value-added; provide recommendations on forecast accuracy improvement.
Preferred qualifications:
- Graduation / Postgraduate in any stream
Skills required:
- Excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel Skills. Preferred knowledge of Macro, Power Query, Power Pivot) and PowerPoint presentation.
- Experience/knowledge of salesforce.com or any other CRM platform in the Pharma industry.
- Good communication skills & Stakeholder management.
- Demonstrates excellent ability to develop both tactical and strategic solutions to issues.
Experience –
3-5 years’ experience in Customer Connect. Project management experience will have added advantage.
