Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Reports to: Sales Manager/Store Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
2. Showcase jewelery products, share product knowledge, and provide personalized recommendations.
3. Build rapport with customers, handle queries, and resolve concerns.
4. Process sales transactions, manage inventory, and maintain store displays.
5. Stay updated on new collections, promotions, and market trends.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong product knowledge (jewelery industry).
3. Sales-oriented and target-driven.
4. Ability to work under pressure.
5. Basic math skills and accuracy with transactions.
Education and Experience:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 1-2 years of sales experience (retail/jewelery industry preferred).
