Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for business deployment in one of the clusters.
o Closely work with sales team for technical inputs like technical feasibility, pricing etc.
o Work with sales team in developing sales strategy for existing and new products for aggressive market
penetration
o Overall responsibility of the site operations for all client locations in a cluster after sales team acquires
a client where our products are to be deployed continuously at their site. As per our business model,
we provide round-the clock dosing services for our products at client plant locations. The job involves
close coordination with sales team.
o This responsibility includes, deployment of service team at client site to ensure round the clock smooth
operation, developing operation strategies for different client locations to meet KPI’s set by our clients
to judge the performance of our products.
o Ensuring complete customer satisfaction and maximum value delivery at minimum cost to client.
“Serving our clients to maximise their productivity” is the main goal of Innocule – serviceful attitude
towards the client is required.
o Making frequent visits to existing sites to maintain healthy relationship with clients across different
management level.
