1) Should have good knowledge of RCC buildings (high rises) and finishing with minimum 3 years’ experience
2) Should be able to execute works from start to finish.
3) Should have good knowledge of bar bending schedules/Shuttering.
4) Should plan the activities in advance.
5) Should make Efficient use & management of resources.
6) Should deal with contracts/subcontractors/consultants
7) should be able to report the progress & status to seniors as & when required.
8) should have good knowledge of drawing and reading.
