Roles & Responsibilities: Material Purchase, PO preparation, GRN, Indent, MIS, and related to all purchase work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and products to ensure the best quality and price.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors.
- Maintain and update supplier information, purchase records, and pricing details.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies in alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate with various departments to forecast demand and manage supply.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders, deliveries, or payment terms.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure long-term partnerships.
