POSITION: PROMOTER (Male)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Promoter to join our team and represent our brand in a retail
setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products, ensuring effective in-store
branding, and engaging with architects and interior designers to showcase our catalog.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote Products in Retail Stores:
o Actively engage with customers in big retail stores to introduce and promote our products.
o Demonstrate product features and benefits to drive sales.
o Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
2. In-Store Branding:
o Ensure that the brand is well-represented within the store.
o Set up and maintain attractive displays and promotional materials.
o Collaborate with store management to optimize product placement and branding
opportunities.
3. Engage with Architects and Interior Designers:
o Visit architects and interior designers to present and discuss our product catalog.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with these professionals to promote our products.
o Provide catalogs and relevant promotional materials to architects and designers.
4. Catalog Management:
o Carry the product catalog during store visits and meetings with architects and designers.
o Ensure the catalog is up-to-date and well-maintained.
Candidate Profile:
Age: 25 - 40 years of age.
Minimum Education: Graduate
Male
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Directors
Place of Work: Ghatkopar, Nashik, Pune & Bangalore
Compensation: 18,000/- to 20,000/- PM
