Job Description:
We are hiring a shift person in charge of production in Ahmedabad.
Position Name: Shift In-charge Production.
Department: Production- Injection Moulding.
Exp: 5+ Years (Injection moulding Experience is a must).
Age Group: 25 to 30 Years.
Education Qualification: - CIPET (PGP – PPT) / B. Tech.
Roles & responsibilities: Production & Planning., Manpower handling, Trouble, shooting, shift Handling, KAIZEN, 5S, MIS, SOP, OEE, CAPA, POKA-YOKE, SPC,
Key Skill: Injection moulding Knowledge is a Must. Computer knowledge is a must (word. Excel, PPT). Different MIS & Reports. Knowledge of Different Plastic materials. Loss Review, Dashboard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure production schedules and targets are met efficiently and within quality standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and initiate maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Manage and lead the production team, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and providing training.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues that may arise during the shift.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output, quality checks, and downtime.
- Communicate with other shift supervisors and the production manager to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the production team.
