Job Summary:
The HR Head is responsible for leading the Human Resources function and developing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. This role oversees all aspects of HR, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, benefits, compensation, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Foster a positive work culture and employee value proposition.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues and provide guidance on policy interpretation.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
  • Oversee recruitment processes to ensure effective talent acquisition.
  • Develop and implement succession planning and leadership development programs.
  • Manage employee onboarding, training, and development initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to boost morale and retention.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
Performance Management:
  • Design and implement performance management systems.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee performance.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitiveness.
  • Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, etc.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage workplace safety and risk management initiatives.
