-Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
-Answer questions about products or the company and creating rapport.
-Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
-Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
-Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
-Excellent knowledge of English
-Adapt to Sales environment
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Able to work under pressure.
-Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
-Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Shift Timing-
5:00 AM - 2:30 PM - Australian Shift
Location - Saket, New Delhi

Requirements:
Qualification-Gradaute/Post Graduate
2-5 years of experience in Outbound Sales (preferably in US/UK/Australian markets).
Experience-Experience in Energy or Telecom or Solar campaigns is a must.
