We are having an urgent opening for the position of  AGM - Talent Acquisition  for a reputed company in Infrastructure Industry at Ahmedabad Location.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated AGM - Talent Acquisition & Head Hunter to lead our recruitment strategy and manage the full recruitment life cycle for key positions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and executive search, with a proven track record in building teams, headhunting for top-tier talent, and managing stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent across various functions and levels.
  • Head Hunting: Identify and approach senior-level talent and executives for key roles using advanced sourcing techniques such as direct sourcing, networking, and headhunting.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring best practices in talent acquisition and compliance with industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and leadership to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from creating job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, to negotiating offers.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Use data and metrics to improve recruitment processes, measure performance, and make informed decisions.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Foster diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process and ensure equal opportunities for all candidates.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and job portals as required.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance employer branding through networking, career fairs, social media presence, and partnerships with universities.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment policies and processes are compliant with company standards and local employment laws.

Candidates Profile:

  • Strong experience in executive search and headhunting.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing recruitment teams and projects.
  • In-depth understanding of sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong networking skills and experience in building long-term talent pipelines.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in recruiting for mid to senior-level roles across industries.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment laws and best practices.
